How do I
place an order?
We are diligently working on our online store for your convenience. On the other hand, you can contact us to place orders if they need to be shipped or visit us at our shop to purchase products.

Payment
& Shipping
Payments are accepted in person at our location or through Debit/Credit Cards, CASHAPP and PayPal at this time. All shipment costs are personalized based on product ordered and mailed USPS. For expedited shipping, please contact us by email or phone. If you want to place a bulk order (1lb+), please email info@wellnessgardensc.com with subject line "Bulk Order."
We are constantly adding new products to our site while other popular items sell very quickly. If your purchased item is out-of-stock before updating our site, you will be notified within 5 days on when to anticipate your order to ship. We may also recommend a replacement herb to aid in your wellness needs.
Online Orders:
Orders are normally shipped from our location in SC within 1-5 days after order receipt. However, please allow up to 10 business days for shipping. Be aware that holidays and busy seasons do effect USPS shipping times.
Pick-up Orders:
Pick-up orders are filled within 1-5 days of order receipt. You will receive a confirmation by email on when your order is ready for pick-up. Please bring your order confirmation and ID.
International Orders:
If shipping outside of the US, please check with customs agencies to ensure that the product you are purchasing is allowed to be imported. Please note that The Wellness Garden LLC is not responsible for items rejected from import or by customs.

How do I set an appointment for consultation? Is my Information private?
To schedule an appointment for a consultation, fill in the "TALK TO US" information thoroughly and state that you would like to set an appointment along with any other information that you would like us to know. We will then contact you to schedule a face-to-face, a virtual or a phone consultation. Any health information is deemed confidential.

All products are final sale. No returns will be accepted and no refunds granted.

Are the holistic herbs FDA approved? Should I stop taking my prescribed medications?
The Wellness Garden's holistic herbs are not FDA approved although research may show their benefits. We do not diagnose diseases, but are here to give you an alternative to your health. Consulting your PCP before integrating holistic herbs is held up to the customers discretion.

Should I fast during the intracellular detox or organ cleanse?
Getting well The Wellness Garden way incorporates fasting during both detoxification and cleansing to reap optimal benefits of all herbal ingredients. We recommend fasting for 14-30 days. If you cannot, modification will be communicated during your consultation.
